1. Who you are dealing with

partypeople.ai and the Party People AI text messages are operated by Party People AI LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. Questions go to hello@partypeople.ai. By using this site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This site tells you that something is being built for events and lets you ask to hear about it first. Nothing on it is an offer to sell anything, a description of a finished product, or a promise about what will exist, when, or at what price. Anything we do release will come with its own terms.

3. Early access

• Leaving your email adds you to a list. It does not guarantee access, a place in any particular wave, or any timing.
• We decide who gets early access, in what order, and on what terms, and we may open in stages, pause, or close the list at any time.
• If we offer you access, it will be under a separate agreement that you will see and accept first.
• You can leave the list at any time by writing to hello@partypeople.ai.

4. Your email address

You confirm the email address you give us is yours, or that you have permission to use it. Do not submit anyone else's address. We will use it as described in the Privacy Policy and for nothing else.

5. Text messages (SMS)

• Program name: Party People AI.
• What you receive: an invitation to an event, sent at the request of its organizer, and, if you agree to them, event updates and service notifications, such as a reminder about an event you are attending, a reply to a message you sent, or a notice about something you asked us to do. Texts are only about using the service: they concern an event you are invited to or part of, or something you asked us to do. We never send advertisements, offers or promotions by text.
• Message frequency: Message frequency may vary.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out: Reply STOP to opt out of messaging.
• Help: Reply HELP for help. Customer care: support@partypeople.ai.
• Privacy: how we handle your number and your consent is in our Privacy Policy.

How texts start

• Invitations. The organizer of an event can ask us to send you one text inviting you to it. We send it only at the organizer’s request, it names Party People AI and the event, and it tells you how to stop. Nothing else follows unless you agree to it. Invitations are sent only from a short code, a 5- or 6-digit number the phone companies have approved for invitations, and never from the 10-digit number we use for event updates.
• Event updates. You receive reminders, updates and notifications only after you agree to receive them yourself, for example by choosing text updates when you reply to an invitation. That agreement covers text messages only, and it is never a condition of buying anything. They come from our registered 10-digit number.

Organizers who give us guests’ mobile numbers confirm that they have each guest’s consent, permission or invitation to contact them by text about the event, and that they will not give us the number of anyone who has asked not to be texted.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message from Party People AI. Replying END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT works the same way. We will send one text confirming that you have opted out, and after that you will receive no more messages from the program, for any event or from any organizer. If you change your mind, reply START. You can also ask us to stop by contacting support@partypeople.ai.

Help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact customer care at support@partypeople.ai.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the site or the systems behind it, submit false or automated requests, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may block access from anyone who does.

7. Our content

The text, design, images, logo, name and film on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for your own purposes without our written permission.

8. No warranties

The site is provided as it is and as available. We make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we make no promise about any product that may follow. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Party People AI LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company and its members, officers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability to you for anything connected with the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and for anything significant we will tell people on the list by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
